This is a contact page -- I put this content above the form.
Unlike the meetings and calendar, this has its own form of embed code -- it follows what I am typing.
You will need to make sure that the contact form plugin is enabled and set that up to send an email to your chapter before the page can work. To set up the information, go to the Plugins tab. When enabled you will see a setup link in the right hand column.
This page is using the default template, but you could put this into a meeting or calendar page and it would work (not recommended!)
